Interval International - Worst customer service
I was put on hold for 1 hr by a customer service person!!!!I called back twice and no help.
This is the worst customer service company!!!
I continued to try to speak to someone. There was no one empowered to do anything. I was told to speak with customer relations. They don't answer their phone.
Not a good service plan to dump a customer to the "customer relations" group who never answers their phone!! I could not believe that this company is public.
They do not have the customer in mind when running their business.They need people who care.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Interval International. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Interval International to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
