Cancellation policy

People are polite and courteous like all customer service agents, but they are not at all flexible even during Covid. We are referred to "For a full explanation of the cancellation policy, please see the Terms and conditions" Nowhere on their site is there a cancellation policy, we are referred to our contract; my affiliation was registered by the associated group Palace Elite and I never received a contract from Interval International, only a membership card. We learned that for US residents it is possible to take out cancellation insurance with the Allianz group which is not available for Canadian residents. In short I lost 2500$ US, a week in Maui because of the lack of flexibility and information of the group Interval International Paul

Question on certificate

I recently purchased a certificate for my son for las vegas for this Friday. I can't join him until Tuesday night but noticed my name is not on the bottom of the certificate since I am the original owner. What if he is gone and I need to get a key?

I signed up with them to sell rental property after I paid the 599.00 to do so I havent heard a thing from them

False advertizing

Asked to deposit a week in 2022 Kona Coadt for afree bonus week. Nothong said under bonus package stating required weeks. Called to complain over 4 hours on phone transfered several times worse customer service i experience. Business using COVID for an excuse

Request Maui and renew my 3 year membership with the offer letter I received

I called last week the gentleman that answered the phone told me the computers were down so he couldnt take my payment. My concerns is that my offer was time sensitive to renew my membership. Also I wanted to request a week in Maui oct 16 week. The gentleman that was helping me told me he would call me back that day but he never called me back and now its been over a week. Desiree Wilson

Robbed

The company didn't honor the voucher due to pandemic because they claimed it passed 1 year. As far as my concern by law they cannot put a restriction. They stole $2300 of my honest earn money... sad.

Don't get scammed!!

Complete scam! Don't fall for this. Complete waste of money. I've tried to schedule a number of Getaways and none of the destinations I've searched are available and I'm searching more than the suggested 6 months in advance. Our sales rep, Kurtis Jensen is good at his job of sales. Don't make the same mistake I did and fall for his pitch.

Usage of a certificate 3 bedroom size

I've been trying to redeem my certificate almost a year. It's a 3 bedroom size. Till today, there is no availability to the destinations i want to travel. I have deposited my unit twice, but never could use it or could never exchange it for the same size unit. That why I decided not to deposit my units anymore.

Problems caused at Marriott Marbella Beach club

I stayed for some time at Marriott Marbella beach club during COVID until I was medically cleared to fly home and spent a lot of money. However staff left rubbish outside were abusive and nasty. I heard today my phone provider can retrieve photos I took to show what happened and would like to make a full and detailed complaint please contact me.

Customer service not free?

online assistance took me to a website that was going to cost me $50 per month? I tried online assistance after being on hold three times for over 30 minutes each. I have never dealt with a company that was going to make me make for customer service.
