Interval salesman called today as our membership was expiring, and that's when we found out all of our points had expired. Salesman always try to upsell, but she held off on renewing the membership until we could find out about the expired points..
Wife called the company and stated we never received anything via email or mail about our points expiring and the lady was nasty and basically said it was to bad. A few years ago we would have been notified via email and mail and the customer service would have been much nicer.
The customer support that we received today was horrific and inexcusable. I would never speak to my customers in that way.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
