We have a weeks vacation booked through Interval international for Villa Roma Resorts in April 2018. Interval is claiming the resort is closed due to a hurricaine.

The resort states they will not be closed & there was no hurricaine. I've spoken to numerous represenatives at Interval no one has been willing to help they just keep me on hold for hours. Then say the same thing.

It's crazy the resort is not closed. The resort has said there would not be a problem with my reservation on their end.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
