I deeded back to the resort, our Timeshare in 2015, just before my wife passed away. Since then, Interval International routinely calls.

Not once in the previous 5years did they ever call us, and now they're calling at least once a week. I've repeatedly told the people that call that I DON"T OWN A TIMESHARE, and to take me off of their call list. It's like talking to a brick. It's like nobody communicates with each other in this company.

They're acting like one of the Overseas Scam Call Centers telling you they'll take paypal for your IRS bill. I just wish they'd leave me alone.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Just leave me ALONE.
