Disappointed in Interval International's Customer Service
Horrible hotel rated premier in II network was dreadful and when we reached out to II we were bounced from department to department.We called twice and were kept on hold an average of 15 minutes.
In despair I emailed only corporate officer i could find an email for but have not received a response to date. Hotel was dirty and bug infested. Room cleaning occurred only once a week. If we wanted room cleaned or bugs cleaned up we were asked to pay $30 additionally expense.
We have stayed at other properties in II network and they were premier resorts. This resort should not have 5 stars it should have a negative 5 star rating.
Hotel is to be avoided, Interval rating of hotel is off the mark and the II customer service I am convinced is nonexistent.
