I hate Interval International!
I put in a pending request in January for a July trip to Myrtle Beach. The request was left standing until I called to check on it in April, only to find out that the request had been entered into the system incorrectly from the start!
After correcting it, the search started over! I had every resort option available anywhere in the vicinity of Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, North Myrtle Beach, and Conway included, yet they came up with nothing! Meanwhile it tied up my trade week, and now it is going to expire!
They had no trouble billing my credit card immediately when I put in the request, but now they are telling me it is going to take 30 days to post my refund! They are scam artists, and if anyone ever decides to file a class action suit, I am more than willing to be involved!

Scam artists for sure. You can't trade into a different place in a location where you own and their latest scam is instead of giving you a two bedroom they give you two rooms to charge you an extra fee.
I wish there was a different company to use. I hate them also.
Our costly membership and numerous fees are never enough! Oh, and they LIE, because one rep says one thing and another something else.
