I was a Employee of Interval International for over a decade and I can surely say Interval International is not about Customer satisfaction. They are more Concerned with getting members to purchase multiple years of membership...Take prime weeks from members and give back Less than desirable Vacations Spots.

Employees like myself were well trained and coached as to manipulate members to pay and renew when it really wasn't necessary.

If you wanna know how to use your membership with interval to get the vacation you want or if your vacation request is really possible? or how to use them to your advantage send me a email at truthadvisor14@***.com

We purchased our week 11 years ago at Pollard Brook Ski Resort in New Hampshire. We have a "RED" week ; Presidents Vacation Week and were were told it had high trading power.

It is very difficult to trade for a comparable resort regardless if we deposit early or not. NOW they want up to pay $6000 dollars to join the RCI Points Program.

There were many hidden costs that were not shared with us upfront. I did not purchase this and am still trying to trade the "old fashioned way".
